Pennies Possibilities.....

Colour Line invites you to learn more about the Mother's Club of Geneva and the mission they provide to our community....

The Mother's Club of Geneva is a philanthropic women's organization serving our local community through volunteerism and effective fundraising while providing leadership opportunities and lasting friendships for our members. We are currently celebrating our 70th year of service.

Five young mothers who lived in Geneva founded the Mother’s Club of Geneva in 1940. The group’s focus and purpose was the same as it is today: attaining true happiness in family life through learning, fellowship and philanthropy. Mother’s Club of Geneva typically raises $30,000 each year. Some of this money is distributed among local non-profit community based organizations while the remaining funds are given to local students through educational scholarships.

Our primary fundraising efforts consist of a fall Craft Show, now in its 35th year, which attracts over 120 vendors and over 1500 attendees; and a spring Fashion Show, which is attended by approximately 200 people. These events provide us with the funds to distribute to our beneficiaries, which include:

Delnor Community Hospital Foundation
Family and Child Connections
Food Pantries
Fox Valley Hospice
Fox Valley Special Recreation Association
Geneva History Center
